Ms. Daniel

Welcome! My name is Ms. Daniel and I have been teaching for 37 years. This school year marks the beginning of my 23rd year working in Chino Valley Unified School District, and I am excited to embark on another incredible year teaching at Canyon Hills Junior High School, the World's Greatest Junior High!

Teaching English Language Arts at the junior high school level has been an amazing experience for me, and I am so happy to continue sharing my love for reading and writing with you this year! We will gain much knowledge as we make our way through this school year together, and I cannot wait to share with you some of my favorite books as well as learn YOUR favorites, too!

On a personal note, I am the mother of six amazing children. Each one of them has attended Canyon Hills Junior High. Four of my six children are college graduates and are very busy pursuing their careers in teaching, software development, and traveling the world as a flight attendant! The other two children are all working hard towards earning their undergraduate degrees. As a family, we love to spend time together and create great memories. Yosemite National Park is one of our favorite places to make these lasting memories. 

I cannot wait for the year we have ahead of us, and I am thrilled for the many adventures to come!
