Walnut P.A.C.K Schoolwide Code of Conduct:

    Show Pride

    Be Accountable

    Have Character

    Keep Safe

To encourage students to internalize the Class Rules and Code of Conduct, I will be implementing our district’s PBIS curriculum and system of positive behavioral interventions and supports. Positive behaviors are consistently rewarded with praise, concrete rewards, team points, special privileges, PACK Points/Scholar Dollars, etc. Please be assured that my goal is to train and teach positive behaviors that support good character, never just to focus on the undesirable ones. Most behavior issues are resolved easily through individual guidance/counseling. If necessary, I will be communicating with you through notices in the Student Agenda, ParentSquare emails/texts, or phone calls regarding your child’s behavior. I am also available to conference if you ever have any concerns that require meeting with me before or after school.

Good behavior is positive reinforcement, good behavior is consistent reinforcement, and good behavior is taught. My goal is to make good character intrinsic and second nature within your child. Thank you for your support and for joining our winning home/school team!!
