Athletic Information

You must have a physical & medical history dated after 5/1 for the upcoming school year. Only Physicals signed  and stamped by a MD/DO will be accepted. This physical will be good for summer camp and any sport during the following school year. Physicals are good for 1 school year only.  

To get started, you must register on Athleticclearance.com. All athletes must complete the registration online. Students then must submit their completed physical form signed by their doctor and the consent to participate  signed by their parents to the athletic trainer prior to any participation in any sport. This includes practices, tryouts and games. There is a 24 hour turnaround to process the paperwork and receive clearance. 

You must have a 2.0 ( unweighted) to participate in an athletic program. Grades are checked at 6 weeks / 12 weeks.

All students must have medical insurance to participate in an athletic program. Parents may use their own insurance or purchase school-approved insurance.
