FLUENCY PASSAGE- this passage should be read out loud 3 times to an adult each night to improve overall reading level. Parent initial required daily, when completed.

COMPREHENSION PASSAGE- this assignment means your child reads fluently, but is not fully understanding the details of passages. They need to read each passage out loud 3 times, answer the comprehension questions, and underline the text evidence they found to support their answer. Please take time to check their answers to help improve accuracy (this is VERY important).Please initial the top of the page to indicate you checked their answers.

READING LOG- your child is reading above grade level. Your scholar needs to choose a CHAPTER book to work through. The goal is to read longer books from start to finish, and practice comprehension at a higher level. Follow the instructions to respond to prompts every night. Parent initial required daily, when completed.
